the story behind

About us.

In 2018, The Business Women Connect started with its first conference in Warri, Delta State, which was for the working woman in the Niger Delta.
The TBWC Series has gone on to impact thousands of women with our conferences and programmes.
We have carved a niche for ourselves as the foremost women’s conference in the Niger Delta

The Business Women Connect TBWC is the largest independent gathering of working and business women across the South South of Nigeria! We are committed to every woman who aspires to be better. . We ensure that the upwardly mobile woman in the Niger Delta is Empowered, Educated, Unlearn, Relearn, Network and grows TOGETHER. How? By engaging our women positively!
There was a big gap in our environment for the upwardly mobile woman in the Niger Delta until TBWC

We believe there are enough enterprising, intelligent, modern women who will be interested in building themselves up and are willing to invest their time to learn how to not only improve and be better at their different business/ jobs, but also learn how to find a balance between the work and life. We want the women of the Niger Delta to know that you can be ambitious, productive and successful without jeopardizing your home life. We want the average woman here to be the modern day Proverbs 31 woman

The Business Women Conference has attracted women from Delta and other parts of Nigeria,
including Benin, Port Harcourt, Yenagoa, Lagos, Jos and Kaduna in attendance.
